Credit Application Consent
By submitting this form, I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my personal information as described below.
I authorize Queen Auto Sales and its agents, representatives, financing partners, and service providers (collectively, the “Dealer”) to collect, use, and disclose the personal information I provide as reasonably necessary to process my vehicle financing application.
I authorize the Dealer to obtain and exchange financial and credit-related information about me, including credit reports and consumer information reports, from credit bureaus, credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, lenders, and other relevant sources for the purposes of assessing my creditworthiness, determining financing eligibility, and arranging or facilitating vehicle financing.
I understand that the information I provide may also be shared with third-party service providers that support Queen Auto Sales’ website, financing, and customer management systems, where necessary to process my application and allow the Dealer to access and manage my information.
I further understand that the personal and credit information collected may be retained by Queen Auto Sales and used to facilitate the financing application process if I choose to proceed with a credit application or financing arrangement through the Dealer.
